PROCESSING TIME: Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days.

 You will receive you order between 3-5 business days from the date of placement.

After your order as been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING  You can track your order 24 hours after it is shipped.

We offer a tracking link that retrieves information from all carriers involved in delivering your shipment. You can also track your order on the website of the specific logistics service provider.

SHIPPING COSTS We offer standard economy shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

SPARE PARTS Replacement items for delayed orders will be sent free of charge. To ensure the return of additional products, only shipping costs will be charged. Shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the returned product. The shipping cost of the replacement item will depend on the quantity and product. Usually, it is the same shipping cost as in the original order.
